Winter Style in 2019!

Happy New Year!! I hope you guys had a great NYE. I’m obsessed with this outfit…who else is loving neon for 2019?! I know I slapped a filter on these photos, but this pink color is amazing! It’s a bit more magenta/red than it appears- but take a look at the sweater in the link I attached and you can see the true color and the other colors it comes in! I paired it with grey skinny jeans from Old Navy (so comfy!) and of course, white sneakers. l’m a white sneaker fanatic- they’re comfy, cute and go with everything. My bag is a Nordstrom Rack find from All Saints. Find out all the details of my outfit here!

Winter Staples: Lace Sweaters, Patent Boots & Cambridge Satchel Co.

Winter is here! I’m rounding up some of my favorite cold weather styles. I’m trying a new layout for my blog posts so let me know if you like it! I wanted to group my photos together and create more of a story. So I took some photos of what we did throughout the weekend! We went to Eataly, Serra by Birreria, and NoMo SoHo/NoMo Kitchen. I loved having brunch and dinner with my friends! (Food is life and love having them visit!) I wore a sweater from H&M, jeans from Zara, bag from Cambridge Satchel Co. and these amazing patent boots from Forever 21! I’ve linked everything here, I can’t find these boots but linked similar options!

You Need These Jeans For Fall!!

I found the cutest pair of mom jeans from Garage. I will link them here: http://shopstyle.it/v/dm0!! They are so comfortable. Some mom/vintage jeans don’t have a lot of give but these do. You all probably know I am denim obsessed, so when I find a good pair, I relish in it. haha Unfortunately they are sold out, but keep an eye on them because they will probably come back! I paired it with a chic dolman black sweater- for whatever reason I got major Paris vibes! What are your favorite looks for fall??

My cousin and I ate at Freemans in Soho and it’s seriously one of the best brunches I’ve ever had. We also love The Smith!

Jumpsuit Days

The most comfortable pieces in my closet are jumpsuits. They are so easy to throw on and so comfortable. You don't have to worry about them being too tight, like jeans or flying up, like a dress. It's kind of the best of both worlds! I recently grabbed this jumpsuit from TJ Maxx. I love that it's a forest green color with mustard flowers because it really helps transition my style into the fall! I have some fun trips planned and fall fashion is my favorite!!

Another item that I always consider a staple in my closet are white sneakers. It doesn't matter if it's April or October, I'm wearing white sneakers! haha. In all honestly, they're incredibly comfy (can I use another word?! Cozy?) and chic. I'm sure you've noticed a plethora of other bloggers wearing white sneakers, and they just make sense to me! I've been an Adidas fan for years, but mine are worn to the ground and I was searching for a new pair. The newer Adidas all have memory foam in them, which is great, except the entire structure of the sneaker changed. They don't have as much give as they had before.

For most people this isn't a problem, but I have bunions. You may have realized I don't show my feet a lot in my posts. My feet are my least favorite thing, lol, but really. Huge thanks to myself for constantly walking on my tiptoes as a child (and still do a little now, oops) and dancing for 18 years. Anyway... I LOVE the sneaker trend because it's comfy, cute and everyone can wear them! I recently got the Puma ones I'm wearing in this shoot. They have a little platform which I also think is so unique! It's nothing huge, as much as I like to make a statement, these can be worn every day. My bag is from All Saints, I got it for a steal at Nordstrom Rack! Here's a link to the shoes, similar jumpsuits and bags!

Pietro Nolita & Brandy Melville Soho

NYC is without a doubt one of the best places in the world for pictures. It's a blogger's paradise! One of my favorite places to shoot at is Pietro Nolita (and really the entire area surrounding it lol). The pink walls and cute plants make for such an amazing backdrop! I'm a huge Brandy Melville fan, and when my sister and I saw this top, we both needed it! It's a thermal white top with rainbow "Los Angeles 1984" written across it. You can find it on their website here! I paired it with some high rise distressed denim shorts and some old Zara flats. My sunglasses are from Khloe Kardashian's DIFF line. My bag is Rebecca Minkoff.
